BOOKING

Booking your next hair appointment has never been easier. At DD Beauty, we offer a variety of services to meet all your hair care needs.

All braiding services include shampoo and blow-dry, but please note that hair is not included.

Some services are a la carte and may need to be added to your service of choice. For example, when booking a clip-in service, you may need to add a silk press, wash and go, twist out, etc. depending on how you would like it styled.

If you are unsure about how to book, please feel free to reach out for assistance.

CANCELLATIONS

Just Let Us Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.

LATE ARRIVALS

Be Considerate

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at DD Beauty and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

REFUND POLICY

At DD Beauty, we want to make sure that our clients are completely satisfied with their services and purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your service, you have 24 hours to request a refund or set up another amicable resolution.  If you are not satisfied with your  purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the item(s) to us. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the future.
